Positive: The property looks beautiful from the outside. Has ample parking, and the rooms are quite cosy too. Have stayed here before when the property was managed by a different owner, however, during our stay this time under the management of new owners, the place was very different to live. The linens were of very cheap quality, lint would come off even with the slightest touch. The restaurant in the hotel was nonfunctional during most of our stay which caused a great inconvenience as we had to travel for food, or rely on food from nearby cafe. They claim to have “Heated Swimming Pool” but nothing can be far from the truth. When enquired, the staff mentioned that the facility to heat the pool does not work since forever, nor any filters are functioning currently so the pool is not cleaned for the past 5-6 weeks.

The restaurant in the hotel was nonfunctional during most of our stay which caused a great inconvenience as we had to travel for food, or rely on food from nearby cafe. They claim to have “Heated Swimming Pool” but nothing can be far from the truth. When enquired, the staff mentioned that the facility to heat the pool has never worked. Nor any filters were functioning currently so they mentioned that the pool was also not cleaned for the past 5-6 weeks. When they did start serving food in the restaurant, the food was very low and average quality, absolutely no taste to any gravies, felt just watery. The outdoor washroom in the restaurant had someone puke in, they simply shut it down, and did not clean the vomit was almost 3 WHOLE DAYS.
Summary: Beautiful looking place, but lacks proper management and quality.
